Hotel reservations booked through this site are guaranteed to
be the lowest rate available. If you find a lower rate for the
same dates, hotel and room type, the process is simple:
- Submit our Rate Guarantee Form within 24 hours
of booking.
- Card holder will receive a refund of the difference
or we will cancel the reservation without penalty.
* This guarantee
may not apply to special events or third party bookings. Refund
amount will be credited to the same credit card used to make the
reservation.
